Experience includes capacity development work undertaken with European Commission services and with WIPO, including initiatives supporting public research organisations in developing country contexts. Operational experience includes IP management, licensing negotiations, spinout structuring (including equity participation on behalf of the institution), and Proof-of-Concept funding governance.
